After successful payment, your download link is provided automatically and sent to the email address entered at checkout. Check your spam folder if you cannot find the email. You do not need to contact me in advance for a standard PayPal purchase.

For custom models, special file requests or cryptocurrency payments, contact me to agree on the details. If you have trouble downloading a file, contact support for help.

Yes, we can export models to any of the popular formats: FBX, OBJ, COLLADA and others.

We can send you a low-resolution model and if you are satisfied, you can buy a high-resolution one.
