By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Website, including but not limited to 3D models, STL files, images, renders, videos, text, graphics, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Shustrik Maps and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Website content without prior written permission from Shustrik Maps, except as expressly permitted under these Terms.

2.2. License Grant

Upon purchase or download of a Digital Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only, subject to the restrictions below.

3. License Restrictions (Personal Use)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Shustrik Maps, you may not:

• resell, redistribute, share, or give away the STL files or any other Digital Products;

• upload or publish the files on marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, or repositories;

• include the Digital Products (or any part of them) in other products, bundles, or derivative digital works;

• repackage, sublicense, or redistribute the files in their original or modified form;

• use the Digital Products in any way that allows third parties to extract or reuse the original files.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Shustrik Maps.

4. User Accounts

4.1.

To access certain features of the Website or purchase Digital Products, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

4.2.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

5. Purchases and Payments

5.1.

All prices for Digital Products are displayed on the Website at the time of purchase. By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price.

5.2.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors. Shustrik Maps does not store or process your payment card details.

5.3.

Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive access to download the purchased Digital Products.
